WE'RE HIRING!

Apogee is looking for bright, responsible, dynamic and fun individuals with a wide-range of experiences and leadership skills to lead summer outdoor adventure trips for students ages 11-18. Must be passionate about the outdoors and working with young people. Trips take place across the U.S. and Canada in New England, Quebec, Montana, the Pacific Northwest, Italy, and the Caribbean. Whether you're interested in working behind the scenes or in the field on one of our hiking, biking, or service adventures, there is no more exciting or inspiring way to spend your summer.

We're currently accepting applications for a limited number of trip leaders and support staff for summer 2011. Must be at least 20 years old (19+ for support staff).



We pride ourselves on attracting the very best leaders in the business.  We work hard to take care of our leaders before, during and after the trip season.  Your pay will be in the top range of other teen-oriented outdoor adventure companies.  What you can expect to earn will depend on experience and number of trip days worked, but first year leaders can expect to make between $1400 and $1700.  We will also cover all of your food and lodging costs while you are working with us.

We'll contact you when we
receive your application. In-person interviews (mandatory) will be conducted in February and March (or earlier, if you are able to get to our office in Brunswick).  We'll be on the road in February and early March to conduct interviews at colleges throughout the Northeast.  We will have our college visits scheduled in early January - please call us or check this page for more information.  (Applicants from other locales are heartily welcomed - but we'll need to figure out a place to do an in-person interview before the application deadline.)
